Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Club

Rolling terrain, 120 feet of elevation changes, and thousands of hardwood trees and streams brought Jack Nicklaus to design his 26th signature golf course in Prosper -- next door to the Estates. Scheduled to open in the Fall of 2010, BearsBrook will be a member owned and operated "pure golf club" with a public and private country club members will not have to require tee times.

The Estates of Prosper lies within the Prosper Independent School District. Grades K-12 in the Exemplary Prosper ISD are known for their above-average academics and exceptional programs.
